One Survey Suggests Rudeness Is Everywhere. Is There Incivility In Your Workplace?

According to a survey of 5,483 employees conducted by meQuilibrium, nearly 24 percent of surveyed workers report having their judgment questioned at work, and about 26 percent reported being ignored by coworkers.

Reports ranged from "angry outbursts" to cursing to yelling by coworkers.

The one or two times, I have heard complaints, and it was quickly resolved. It stemmed from a misunderstanding on the part of either or both parties. If there was any purposeful uncivil behavior, we would address it quickly. I realize that our situation is more ideal than normal, however.
